Subscription Policy: All subscription products renew on a monthly rolling cycle. Check your ‘My Account’ page for subscription/credit details. Visit the ‘New Referral’ section on your account page to use credits. One referral costs one credit which will be deducted automatically from your account once the referral form is submitted. Credits are replenished each month and any unused credits are not carried over. No contract, cancel anytime.
5 Credit Pack
Used up your monthly credit allowance? Purchase this bolt-on pack of 5 credits to get you through until your renewal date. If upgrading your package isn’t necessary you can just use these extra credits as a bridge to ensure you can maintain your service to your patients.
Simply buy the 5 Credit Pack and select this in your subscription options when making new referrals.
This is a one time payment and will not renew. You would need to purchase this product again if you wish to have 5 extra credits again.

How it works
01. Choose your plan
We have plans to suit dentists of all levels. Your specific plan will provide you with monthly credits which can be used to make referrals.
02. Make a referral
Fill out the ‘New Referral’ form which can be found in your ‘My Account’ page. Enter the required details and submit it for our team to assess.
03. Relax
Our team will assess the patients case and proceed with the referral. Our admin team will find a suitable provider near the patient.
04. Receive x-ray
We will forward the completed x-ray for you to complete the treatment planning for your patient ensuring accuracy and quality.

The best plan for you will depend on how many patients you are referring on a monthly basis. If you calculate this you can easily find the plan for you.
Each referral costs 1 credit which will be automatically deducted when you submit a new referral.
Visit the ‘New Referral’ section in your ‘My Account’ page or find the link under the ‘For Dentists’ section in the menu. Click the ‘New Referral’ button to open the form. Fill out the required information and submit. That’s it!
You can check how many credits you have remaining on the ‘My Account’ page. Just click the ‘Credit Balance’ tab to see.
You can access all of your referrals and see their status on the ‘My Account’ page. Just click the ‘Your Referrals’ tab to see them.
You can always reply to the referral email confirmation you receive. This will update your ticket and a member of the admin team will reply.
You are free to cancel anytime. We have a no contract policy where customers can cancel their subscription when they like. You can cancel by visiting the ‘My Account’ page. Please be aware you will lose any remaining credits and there are no refunds.
